We're getting married! And we'd love to celebrate with you.When coming up with our plans, we thought "what better way than to get our favourite people in a field for a weekend of chilling, goofy games, fireside hangouts, BBQing, and some funky dancing!"
A new name for a new beginning
So... Why Wildwood?
We both have surnames we aren't the biggest fans of. So, in the spirit of Power Rangers, whose metamorphosis is from separate beings into an entirely ridiculous, over the top, unrecognisable single entity, we are evolving our names.Out with the Ham and Ellick, so they say!

What's happening?
We've booked the site for 3 nights (address on this page) - you can come and go whenever you like. The big day itself is Saturday. The general plan is:
Friday evening - First arrivals + set up (and pop to the local pub for some dinner)
Saturday - The ceremony and celebrations! Expect some yummy food, games, sauna & plunge pool, and of course some banging tunes!
Sunday - Enjoy some delicate downtime together. We'll refuel with some BBQing and stretch out that funky time just a little bit longer. The sauna and plunge pool will stick around.
Monday morning - Show's over (pack up and check out by 11:00)
What will be provided?
An assortment of booze, food, soft drinks, cocktails, breakfast, BBQ bits, etc.
We'll have food and drink for Saturday and Sunday. Feel free to bring any extras you particularly want to drink or snack on.
Where do I sleep?
We're on a campsite - so bring a tent! There are basic facilities, including a small kitchen, shared toilets & showers.
There are also some bell tents and safari tents onsite (with more creature comforts like proper beds and plenty of 'getting ready' space), but we're keeping these reserved for families and elders.
If you want a quieter place to stay overnight, there are some B&Bs and other accommodation nearby:

What should I wear?
Summer / festival / colourful / outdoor party vibe.Pick any point on the casual-wild spectrum! The most important thing is that you're comfortable.
What should I bring?
Any creature comforts you like to have when camping (e.g. snacks, drinks, book, portable battery, earplugs, torch).
As we can't resist a campfire singalong (and maybe some sea shanty antics), feel free to bring an instrument or any songs you'd like to share. We'd also love to collect some of your favourite dancing tunes for the Saturday playlist - anything goes! We'll share a link for you to submit your song requests.
Also... bring swimwear for the sauna and plunge pool!
